Williams College – Acceptance Rate and Statistics
What is attending Williams College like?
A small liberal arts college set in the Massachusetts Berkshires, Williams embraces small class sizes, experiential learning, and research opportunities. As a rural campus, the campus is beautiful and there are plenty of nearby hiking trails for the outdoors-inclined. But if not, there are over 150 student organizations that you can get involved in, including Charcuterie Board Club, Figure Skating Club, and Handbell Choir, just to name a few.
One unique aspect of Williams College is the tutorial: a class with only two students in it. Each week, the students produce a piece (like an essay, report, or piece of art) and critique each other’s work. A professor oversees this process throughout the semester. Over half of Williams students participate in a tutorial during their time at the college.
